Sunflower Sprouts

1. Find a container between 2” and 3” in depth
2. Fill the container to 1” with potting soil
3. Spread sunflower seeds to evenly cover the soil
4. Cover the seeds with ½” of soil
5. Water thoroughly
6. Cover the tray and put in a dark place.
7. Day 2 water
8. Day 3 water and uncover the tray.
9. Place the tray in a good light source.
10. Water and light days 4-7
11. Day 7-10 harvest at 4” to 6” and eat

Seeds left sealed in the bag should last for years.
