When a customer desires to subscribe to the monthly auto ship program, they will:

1. Pay $30.00 per month plus shipping and sales tax.

2. The subscription fees will be paid by a card the subscriber puts on file inthesign up process.

3. Receive 2-6 meal food packs monthly.

4. Qualify for any sales commissions generated in the advertising Bonus program

5. Qualify for a 20% discounted retail price to all products on the products page

6. May discontinue the subscription program by cancelling in their back office.

7. If they cancel their sales tree will pass to the person who introduced them.

8. The subscriber will have 60 days to rectify their cancellation without losingtheir sales tree.

Any unresolved issues will be arbitrated buy a company representative , thesubscriber and a mutually agreed independent subscriber
